Join the NCCHC Foundation Legacy Society
The Legacy Society recognizes individuals who have contributed $5,000 or more through cumulative giving, estate plans, or legacy gifts. Members are honored for their dedication to supporting the future of correctional health care.
Become a member and join a distinguished group of donors committed to preserving and strengthening the NCCHC Foundation, ensuring that correctional health care professionals have the resources, education, and support needed to advance quality care for justice-involved individuals—now and for generations to come.
Donate Now or Commit-to-Give Options
Donors may achieve Circle status through cumulative giving or by submitting a completed Declaration of Intent outlining a planned commitment of $5,000 or more over time. For example, if you have contributed $3,000 over the past four years and plan to give at least $1000 annually for the next three years, submitting this commitment in writing would qualify you for the Foundation Circle.
- Cash or Donor Advised Fund: donate once or cumulatively
- Bequest: through your will or a living trust
- Insurance: submitting a beneficiary update form with a permanent policy (life insurance or annuity)
- Retirement Assets: designating the NCCHC Foundation as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement accounts
- Strategic Planning: Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts, Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, Trusts & Estate Planning
Sample Bequest Information
“I give, devise, and bequeath [X% of my estate or residue] OR [$____ specific dollar amount] to the NCCHC Foundation, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 1145 W. Diversey Parkway – Chicago, IL 60614, Tax ID 83-3441192.”
